Warehouse Operative - Back Shift - Uddingston

Please note: Candidates who remain in the role after four weeks must be willing to complete a DBS check.

People Solutions are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for back shifts at a large, well-established parcel-sorting hub in Uddingston.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role and is ideal for reliable, hardworking individuals who can communicate confidently in English and work effectively as part of a busy warehouse team.

Flexible, part-time and ad-hoc shifts are available, with the potential for longer-term contracts based on attendance, reliability and performance.

This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.

  • Shifts
  • Start times normally vary between 2:00pm and 4:00pm
  • During peak periods, shifts may start as early as 11:00am
  • Finish times will vary depending on operational requirements and parcel volumes
  • Days available: Monday to Sunday
  • Ad-hoc shifts available, with increased hours during peak periods, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, Easter and seasonal sales

  • Following all site procedures and safety instructions
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and site-safety standards
