People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Temporary Store re-fit operative to join our well-established client based in Telford, Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant.
Shifts: Monday - Friday: 08:30am - 04:30pm
Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Unpacking goods
- Moving items around the store
- Moving materials, loading and unloading goods
- Cleaning and tidying
- Carrying out basic assembly and preparation tasks
- Completing stock checks and basic documentation
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
- Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams
Essential Skills:
- Experience within warehousing
- Confident using hand tools and related equipment
- Reliable, hardworking, and a strong team player
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
Training Provided: Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
