People Solutions are currently recruiting for Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client based in Rushden, Northamptonshire.
£13.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 10-Hour Shifts | Weekly Pay | Ongoing Work | Overtime Available | Immediate Starts

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Recycling Operative, Waste Recycling Operative, Waste Operative, Sorting Operative, Recycling Facility Operative, Production Operative or General Operative.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Working on a recycling line handling food waste
- Separating food waste from packaging and identifying contaminants
- Loading and unloading trailers as required
- Carrying out general housekeeping duties, including pressure washing work areas and equipment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
- A basic level of spoken English
