People Solutions are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Operatives to join our well-established client based in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Manufacturing Operative looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, and a potential temp-to-perm position with an early Friday finish.
Shifts:
- Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
Rates of Pay: Β£10.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Operating and minding manufacturing machinery
- Replenishing materials as required
- Ensuring production schedules are adhered to in line with Manufacturing Management requirements
- Manufacturing products in accordance with product specifications
- Identifying and reporting errors or issues promptly to the Manufacturing Management Team
- Completing cleaning tasks to a satisfactory standard and recording accordingly
- Reporting any deviations from process or specification
- Working in line with company SOPs at all times
- Ensuring machinery is adequately maintained
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working area
- Supporting with general warehouse duties when required
Essential Skills:
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to follow health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Good organisational skills
- High levels of accuracy and diligence
- Strong team-working skills
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operative or Machine Operative
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
