People Solutions are currently recruiting for a permanent Mould Shop Repairer to join our well established client based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering a fantastic annual salary and great benefits.

Shifts: The shifts for this role are 6am-2pm Mon-Thurs, 6am-11am Friday.
Pay: Β£35,000
Day-to-Day Duties:
- To provide a service to production in respect of repairing, polishing, measuring and modification of the mould equipment where necessary.
- Report any issues found whilst reviewing equipment.
- Ability to locate all mould equipment from the storage area.
- Blasting mould equipment and neck equipment as required.
- Follow job specifications on job cards accurately.
Essential Skills:
- Toolroom experience.
- Experience in mould repair/bench fitting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Motivated and professional with a desire to achieve results with a commercial and customer focus.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and delegate.
- Self resilient and capable of making difficult decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Basic problem solving ability.
- Experience in gas welding/milling/turning/polishing preferred but not essential.
Training Provided: Industry-related training with ongoing support.
