People Solutions are currently looking for production operatives for our client who is a market leading solutions provider in the paint and sealant industry. This is an ongoing position, with opportunities to obtain a permanent contract!

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Rotating weekly shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

Benefits:

  • Canteen
  • Free site parking
  • Rates of pay: £13.74 per hour, £14.60 per hour after training undertaken

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the paint department on parts prior to them being sprayed
  • Palletising paint products ready for dispatch
  • Hanging, loading and unloading parts and components
  • Working to customer specifications
  • Adhere to Health & Safety at all times

Essential Skills:

  • Production operative experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Quick learner
  • Able to adapt and assist wherever needed

Training:

  • Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
