People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Office Transport Coordinator to join our well-established client based in Portbury, Bristol. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Transport Coordinator, Logistics Coordinator, Transport Administrator, Logistics Administrator, Transport Planner, Operations Administrator, Office Administrator, or Customer Service Administrator.
Shifts: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts: 04:30 - 13:00 and 12:30 - 20:00
Rates of Pay: £14.36 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Booking transport professionals and hauliers between brand distribution centres
- Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Liaising with external companies to coordinate drivers and transport movements
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases
- Scheduling depot and logistics hub timetables for deliveries
- Ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures
- Supporting the transport team with general administration duties
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
