People Solutions Group is recruiting for Farm and Poultry Production Operatives to join our client in North Kilworth, near Lutterworth.

This is a full-time, ongoing role in a specialist farming operation producing high-quality free-range poultry.

No previous farming experience is required as full training will be provided, and there may be a chance to secure a permanent full-time position after the initial 12 weeks, subject to performance and business needs.
