People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to join our well-established client based in Lichfield, Staffordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, great benefits, and opportunities for career development and progression. This role would be ideal for candidates with experience as an Administrator, Administration Assistant or Warehouse Administrator.

Rates of Pay: £12.90 per hour

Weekly pay

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Day-to-Day Duties:

  • Manage all customer orders for dispatch to the required service levels
  • Ensure all customer receipts are processed and administered within agreed timelines
  • Record and report all damages and stock adjustments to customers
  • Manage customer collections in line with required service levels
  • Monitor processes to ensure customer accuracy and compliance
  • Adhere to all site rules and Health & Safety requirements
  • Manage customer archiving to maintain accurate audit records
  • Maintain accurate administration records and customer documentation

Essential Skills:

  • Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, or operational environment
  • Team leadership experience
  • Operational knowledge and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using SAP, Oracle, DLX, or similar systems
  • Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Training: Full training provided. Ongoing support and development opportunities.
