People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Stainless Steel Welder to join our well-established client based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity, offering great benefits and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
Shifts: Monday to Friday: 0900 - 1700
Rates of Pay: £14.50 per hour

Day-to-day duties:
- TIG welding (MIG experience beneficial)
- Welding stainless steel components to a high standard
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Fabrication, fitting, and finishing where required
- Working to strict quality and safety standards
Essential skills:
- Proven experience welding stainless steel
- Strong TIG welding skills (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Coding/qualifications preferred but not essential (experience considered)
Training: Full training will be provided on site, with continued development opportunities.
