People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Kettering, Northamptonshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after just six weeks. This role would suit candidates with previous experience as a Van Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Courier Driver, Delivery Driver, Parcel Driver, 3.5 Tonne Driver, or Commercial Driver.

Please note: You must live within 10 miles of the NN15, NN16 or NN17 postcode areas.

Shifts

• Monday to Saturday
• 06:00 start times
• Saturday shifts are shorter than weekday shifts

Rates of Pay

• £14.76 per hour
• £19.68 per hour after 48 hours worked

Day-to-Day Duties

• Delivering small parcels within a designated delivery area
• Completing approximately 30-40 deliveries per day
• Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
• Completing delivery paperwork and electronic records where required
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure before departure
• Providing excellent customer service at each delivery location
• Adhering to all road traffic legislation and company procedures

Essential Skills

• A valid UK Category B Driving Licence
• No more than three penalty points for minor offences
• No DD,
