- HLOP & Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in
Erdington, Birmingham on a full-time temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity offering
£12.91 per hour , ongoing work, weekly pay, and genuine opportunities for long-term progression within a busy logistics operation.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a
HLOP Driver, High Level Order Picker, Reach Truck Driver, Warehouse Operative, FLT Driver, Quality Control Operative, or
RDT Scanner Operator .

- Day-to-Day Duties
- Completing quality checks across all aspects of the contract
- Checking incoming stock for accuracy and damage
- Carrying out quality inspections and producing reports
- Labelling products and preparing stock for dispatch
- Using RDT scanners accurately and efficiently
- Reporting any damaged stock to the supervisor
- Packing products ready for dispatch
- Interacting with customers within the warehouse environment
- Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) safely and efficiently
- Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently
- Following all health and safety procedures
Essential Skills
- A good standard of English, both written and spoken
- Previous warehouse experience
- A valid Reach Truck licence with 1-2 years operating experience
- Experience using RDT scanners confidently
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A reliable, hardworking, and professional approach
- The ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable working at height
Desirable Experience
- Previous High Level Order Picker (HLOP) experience
- Experience within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
- Quality control or stock checking experience
- Training Provided
- Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
