People Solutions are looking for Reach Truck Drivers for our client. You will be operating a Reach Truck but, when off the Truck, you will need to perform some warehouse duties. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a company that can offer long term work. Shift Patterns:
- Rotating Shift: Monday - Friday 7.00AM - 3.00PM / 3.00PM - 11.00PM
- Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday 11.00PM - 07.00AM
Requirements:
- You must have a Reach Truck licence for this role.

Day to Day Duties:
- Driving/operating a Reach Truck
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers using equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner
- Moving and transporting stock into the correct areas of the warehouse
- Loading and unloading vehicles and pallets from vehicles
- Receiving and unpacking incoming goods and taking inventories as required
- Organising stock for deliveries and wrapping and securing
- Stacking and stowing pallets away
- Adhering to Health & Safety at all times and promoting a safe working environment
- Checking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
- Reporting any stock differences to management
- Promoting a safe work environment and reporting any safety concerns or issues to management
- Clearing work area of any debris and keeping the traffic routes clear of obstructions
- Reporting faulty equipment, damage to racks, and other safety hazards to supervisor
- Other duties as assigned
Skills:
- Punctuality and good time-keeping skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Flexibility and ability to work overtime as and when required
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and adhere to deadlines
- Experience working in a warehouse or assembly environment is an advantage but full training will be provided
