People Solutions are currently recruiting for 3.5 Tonne Drivers to join our well-established client based in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for growth and progression.
This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, or Multi-Drop Driver within the local area.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday 08:30am starts
- Minimum of eight hours paid per day
Rates of Pay:
- £12.71 per hour (standard rate)
- £27,800 per annum salary when you go permanent with the client

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently to multiple delivery locations
- Conducting daily vehicle checks prior to routes
- Assisting with loading the vehicle when required
- Using handheld scanners to record deliveries
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Carrying out up to 30 drops per day
- Handballing duties as required
- Delivering to local and surrounding areas
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK Category B (Car/Van) Driving Licence
- Minimum of one year's multi-drop delivery experience
- No more than six penalty points (no IN10, DR10 or DD10 offences)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and professional attitude
Desirable Experience:
- Previous commercial multi-drop delivery experience
Training:
- Industry-related training provided with ongoing support throughout
