- Warehouse Operatives to join our well‑established client based in
Kettering / Islip (NN14 3JW) .

- This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a
- Warehouse Operative ,
- Order Picker ,
- Picker Packer , as well as those with experience as a
- Warehouse Worker ,
- Logistics Operative , or
Distribution Operative .
Shifts
Choose one of the following shift patterns
- Friday to Tuesday
- Thursday to Monday
Please note, both shift patterns include weekend working.
- Rates of Pay
- Monday to Friday: £14.74 per hour
- Saturday and Sunday: £17.76 per hour

- Day‑to‑Day Duties
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Sorting and placing stock onto pallets and rails
- Picking goods using LLOP equipment in line with KPI targets
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for dispatch
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health and safety
- Operating LLOP vehicles safely and efficiently
- Lifting and carrying products weighing up to fifteen kilograms
- Supporting warehouse operations as required
Essential Skills
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- LLOP experience is desirable but not essential
- Own reliable transport due to site location and shift times
- Ability to work full‑time fixed PM shifts
- Basic English and numeracy skills
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to fifteen kilograms
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test and basic English and Numeracy Test
- Proof of Right to Work in the UK
- Training Provided
- Industry‑related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
