People Solutions are currently recruiting for Driver's Mates to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, weekly pay, stable Monday to Friday shifts, and genuine long-term opportunities within a busy logistics environment.
This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Driver's Mate, Van Driver or Courier Driver.
- Shifts: Monday to Friday, Alternating 06:00 and 08:00 start times
- Rates of Pay: £13.50 per hour, £14.50 per hour once permanent

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Working alongside a Driver to deliver to customers' homes
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Contacting customers with updates on ETAs
- Removing and disposing of packaging from deliveries
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
- A valid UK Category B Driving Licence (due to progression into a Driver role once permanent)
- Good communication skills
- A reliable and punctual approach to work
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
- Previous home delivery experience
Training: Full company induction and training provided prior to starting.
