People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Crick, Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine potential for progression.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a 3.5 Tonne Driver, Van Driver, Delivery Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, or Courier Driver.

Day-to-Day Duties
- Carrying out multi-drop deliveries (20-25 drops per day)
- Loading and unloading boxes and packages
- Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
- Completing vehicle inspections and reporting faults
- Operating a 3.5-tonne van safely and efficiently
- Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Communicating effectively with staff at delivery locations
Essential Skills
- Previous multi-drop experience (preferred)
- A valid UK Category B Driving Licence held for at least two years (some penalty points considered)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and driving regulations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues
- Good understanding of road networks and navigational tools
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative
Desirable Experience
- Experience driving commercial vehicles
