People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Hiab Driver to join our well-established client based in Leicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
To be considered for this role you MUST have a valid grab HIAB licence.
As a Class 2 Hiab Driver you will receive the following benefits:

Day to Day Duties:
Your duties as a Class 2 Hiab Driver will involve but not be limited to:
- Delivering most building materials to construction sites
- Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations
- Operating a HIAB/lorry-mounted crane safely and efficiently
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
- Adhere to traffic laws and regulations
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
- Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed
As a Class 2 Hiab Driver you will need to:
- Must be able to work as a team
- Hold a valid grab HIAB licence.
- No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes
- Must be able to use PDA (personal digital assistant)
- Hold a valid UK Category C Licence
- Hold a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card
- Must be able to speak and read a good level of English
- Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills
- Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations
- Experience driving any commercial vehicles
- Previous experience in multi drop experience
Training:
- Training will be provided on first day and ongoing support throughout
