People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Refuse Loader to join our growing waste and recycling operation based in Calne. This is a fantastic opportunity offering stability, excellent rates of pay, and long-term opportunities within a professional waste and recycling environment.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Refuse Loader, Refuse Collector, Waste Operative, Recycling Operative, General Labourer, Outdoor Operative, Waste Collector, or Recycling Assistant.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 06:00 start time
Rates of Pay: £13.26 per hour, Weekly pay

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Collecting household waste and recycling along designated collection routes
- Loading waste and recycling safely onto the refuse vehicle
- Working safely as part of a collection crew to ensure all collections are completed efficiently
- Assisting the driver by following loading and reversing safety procedures
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times, especially in public areas
- Recording and reporting issues such as missed bins, contamination, or access problems
- Assisting with the safe movement of bins and containers
- Providing excellent customer service when dealing with members of the public
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
