People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Reach Truck Driver (Warehouse Operative) to join our well-established client based in Burscough. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing Monday to Friday work, a pay increase after 13 weeks, and genuine temporary-to-permanent opportunities.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an FLT Reach Truck Driver, Reach Truck Driver, Forklift Truck Operator, Warehouse Operative, FLT Driver, or Counterbalance Driver.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 11:00am - 7:00pm
Rates of Pay: £14.75 per hour increasing to £16.00 per hour after successful completion of 13 weeks

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Operating Reach Truck FLTs safely and efficiently to pick and replenish stock
- Supporting the packing team by preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Stacking, wrapping and moving pallets around the warehouse
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
- Breaking down and disposing of cardboard and warehouse waste
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills: To be successful in this role, you will need a valid RTITB.
