People Solutions are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Broxburn. This is a great opportunity offering a temp-to-perm position, with a start date at the end of May, and consistent weekday work. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as an LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, or Pallet Delivery Driver.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:00 start time - job finish
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Benefits:

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Delivering palletised goods to customers
- Conducting approximately 10 drops per day
- Operating tail lifts and supporting unloading where required
- Some manual handling (minimal handballing)
- Using FLT and other lifting equipment where applicable
- Completing delivery paperwork and daily vehicle checks
- Providing a professional and reliable service to customers
Essential Skills:
- Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
- Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Comfortable with some manual handling
Desirable Experience:
- Previous pallet delivery or multi-drop experience
- FLT or other lifting equipment experience (advantageous)
Training: Industry related training and ongoing support and development provided.
