This role would suit candidates with experience as a Production Operative, Semi-Skilled Fabricator, Factory Operative, Machine Operative, Assembly Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Fabrication Operative or Sheet Metal Operative.
Shifts
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 16:30

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Production Operative / Semi-Skilled Fabricator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assisting with the operation and basic maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient production
- Reading, understanding and following detailed work instructions
- Monitoring and inspecting products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out basic fabrication and production tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Adhering to all company health and safety procedures
Essential Skills
To be successful as a Production Operative / Semi-Skilled Fabricator, you will need:
- The ability to carry out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving materials
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow work instructions accurately
