Multidrop Van Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Multidrop Van Driver based in Birmingham, West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine potential for progression.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Van Driver, Truck Driver or Delivery Driver.
Shifts: Monday to Saturday - Start times between 00:00 - 03:00 AM Starts
Rates of Pay: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries (25-35 drops per day)
- Load the vehicle for the following day's routes
- Ensure all loads are safe and secure
- Complete vehicle inspections and report faults
- Operate a 3.5 tonne refrigerated van safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with staff at delivery locations
- Adhere to food hygiene regulations while transporting food
- Monitor and maintain correct refrigeration unit temperatures
Essential Skills
- Previous multi-drop experience (preferred)
- Valid UK Category B Driving Licence held for at least two years (some points considered)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and driving regulations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues
- Good understanding of road networks and navigational tools
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and use own initiative
- Must undergo a DS/DBS check (good repute required)
Desirable Experience
- Experience driving commercial vehicles
