3.5 Tonne Driver - Category BE vehicles - Aldridge People Solutions are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client based in Aldridge . You must have a Category BE Licence for the role. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for progression. This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver , Delivery Driver or Courier Driver . Shifts Wednesday to Sunday 07:30 - 16:00 (flexibility required during peak periods) Rates of Pay £12.71 per hour Benefits Ongoing work Weekly pay Training provided Immediate starts available Employee wellbeing programme Day-to-Day Duties Carrying out site deliveries Loading and unloading boxes and packages Loading the vehicle for the following day's routes Ensuring all loads are safe and secure Completing vehicle inspections and reporting faults Operating Category BE vehicle safely and efficiently Maintaining accurate delivery records and paperwork Communicating effectively with staff at delivery locations Adhering to all regulations while transporting goods Essential Skills Previous trailer towing experience (preferred) A valid UK Category BE Driving Licence held for at least two years (some points considered) Strong knowledge of vehicle operation and driving regulations Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify and report vehicle safety issues Good understanding of road networks and navigation tools Ability to work to tight deadlines and use your own initiative Desirable Experience Previous experience driving commercial vehicles and towing trailers Training Industry-specific training provided Apply If you are ready to take on this opportunity as a 3.5 Tonne Driver , apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more.
