Hours: Permanent, full-time role based in Tipton (DY4 7UF). Office-based position with 9 - 5pm working hours.

Day-to-Day Duties:
- Receive, process, and manage multiple customer export bookings within agreed timeframes and company standards.
- Handle sea and air freight exports, including Full Container Load (FCL), Less than Container Load (LCL), and air freight.
- Liaise with shipping lines, consolidators, and air freight agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Input and maintain high-quality data into the company’s bespoke booking platform, Box Top.
- Communicate with suppliers to fulfil customer bookings, ensuring confirmations are sent to both suppliers and clients.
- Resolve issues such as haulage delays, vessel details, and alternative transport solutions when required.
- Track jobs from start to finish, keeping customers informed throughout the process.
- Ensure all jobs are closed successfully and to the satisfaction of customers.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of two years' experience in the freight forwarding sector.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
- Self-motivated with the capability to follow and execute company policies and guidelines.
