People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver to join our well-established client based in West Bromwich. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.

Shifts
- Days – Monday – Friday: start times between 03:00–06:00
- Nights – Monday – Friday: start times between 16:00–17:00
Rates of Pay:
- Days £16.49 per hour (basic)
- Nights £21.85 per hour (basic)

Day-to-Day Duties
- Depot-to-depot trunking routes and trailer swaps
- Carrying out pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Ensuring all loads are secured safely and correctly
- Adhering to traffic laws, company procedures, and delivery schedules
Essential Skills
- A valid UK Category CE (Class 1) driving licence
- A minimum of 2 years' Category CE driving experience
- No more than six penalty points for minor infringements
- A valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good spoken and written English
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience as an HGV Class 1 Driver
- Training Provided
- Driver assessment required prior to start
