People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Waste Operative to join our well-established client based in Worcester within a specialist clinical waste operation. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work, excellent rates of pay, and long-term opportunities within a growing waste management environment. This role would suit candidates with experience as a Waste Operative, Recycling Operative, General Operative, Industrial Cleaner, Warehouse Operative or Production Operative.

- 4 on 4 off rotating
- 06:00 – 18:30
- 18:00 – 06:30
Rates of Pay
£13.50 – £14.85 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Sorting medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste for processing
- Loading and moving recycling bins safely around site
- Processing different waste types in line with company procedures
- Organising waste areas and ensuring bins are placed correctly
- Manual sorting and handling of waste materials
- Using PPE provided onsite correctly at all times
