Warehouse Supervisor – Warrington People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our well-established client based in Warrington on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a successful and growing business, leading warehouse operations and supporting the development of a dedicated team. This role would suit applicants who have worked as a Warehouse Team Leader , Logistics Supervisor , or Depot Supervisor . We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Warehouse Supervisor who can lead by example, drive operational performance, and maintain high standards across all warehouse activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 4:00pm Friday 7:00am – 12:00pm Salary: £35,000 per annum Benefits: Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum Permanent position Early finish every Friday Monday to Friday working pattern Supportive management team Career development opportunities Day to Day Duties: As a Warehouse Supervisor , your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and supporting Warehouse Leads and Warehouse Operatives Ensuring the efficient flow of products throughout the warehouse and stores operation Monitoring warehouse performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency Managing labour resources and equipment utilisation effectively Maintaining accurate warehouse records and ensuring systems are updated daily Ensuring stock is stored safely and correctly within designated locations Liaising with Warehouse Area Leads and third-party suppliers to coordinate operational activities, including Powder Coating, Galvanising, and Pick Pack processes Working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of site operations Reporting warehouse, despatch, and maintenance issues to the Warehouse Manager Maintaining high housekeeping standards throughout all warehouse areas Promoting safe working practices and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures Essential Skills: As a Warehouse Supervisor, the skills required will be: Previous experience in a similar role Experience leading and developing warehouse teams within a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational targets Good understanding of warehouse processes, stock control, and operational efficiencies Knowledge of health and safety requirements within a warehouse environment Confident problem-solving and decision-making skills Desirable Experience: Experience within a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment Forklift Truck Licences Continuous improvement experience Training: Industry-related training provided with ongoing support throughout Apply Today: If you are an experienced Warehouse Supervisor looking for your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
