Job Description
WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE/FREEZER PICKER AND PACKER
Hours: (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING 4 ON 4 OFF SHIFTS)
- 4 ON 4 OFF DAYS 7AM – 7PM – £12.56 PER HOUR
- 4 ON 4 OFF NIGHTS 7PM – 7AM £14.68 PER HOUR
- PM SHIFT – WORKING 5 DAYS OUT OF 7: 3PM – 11PM (FOUR HOURS PAID £12.56 AND FOUR HOURS PAID £14.68)

Day to Day Duties:
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Driving/operating a Forklift Truck: Reach and Counterbalance
- Picking freezer food items in -25 conditions with Voice Pick Technology
- Moving and sorting stock
- Wrapping completed pallets of stock
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills:
Skills needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client are:
- Freezer experience
- Voice pick experience
- System picking experience
- MHE experience (PPT, Forklift, Reach/Counterbalance)
- Good level of English
- The ability to work in a team or alone
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
Training:
- Industry related training and ongoing support
