People Solutions are delighted to be supporting our client in sourcing the next generation of quality engineering talent. This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate in Engineer/Sales/Accountant/Purchasing/Business to begin their career with a well-established and forward-thinking manufacturing business based in Birmingham.
Location: Walsall and Birmingham sites available
Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior engineers on live projects from concept through to production
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of products and systems
- Analyse data, interpret technical drawings, and produce detailed reports
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to support engineering objectives
- Maintain and improve engineering documentation and quality standards
- Where applicable get involved with Purchasing/Accountancy and Sales if that is your pathway
Essential Skills:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
