Job Description
Van Driver
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Van Driver to join our well-established client based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay, regular ongoing work, and the chance to join a supportive, growing team.
Shifts:• Monday to Friday – 06:00 starts
Pay Rate:• £12.21 per hour
Benefits:• Weekly pay• Free on-site parking• Consistent, regular work• 8 to 10 hour shifts• Immediate starts available• Supportive working environment
Day-to-Day Duties:• Complete 30–40 deliveries per shift• Deliver office supplies to customers, with some handball required• Operate safely and efficiently, using a PDA for all deliveries• Load and unload goods as required• Maintain good customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
Essential Skills:• Minimum of six months’ commercial van driving experience• Valid UK Category B Driving Licence• No more than six penalty points for minor offences• Good knowledge of the UK road network• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
Desirable Experience:• Good communication and customer service skills• Previous experience in multi-drop delivery roles
Training Provided:• Full training provided with ongoing support throughout your assignment
