WORKING FOUR DAYS ON AND FOUR DAYS OFF

07:00 – 19:00

People Solutions are currently recruiting FLT Reach Truck Drivers to join our well-established client based in Barnsley.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

Day to Day Duties

•  Driving/Operating a Reach Truck
•  Loading & Unloading trucks and containers using equipment provided in a safe and efficient manner
•  Order picking
•  Moving and transporting stock into correct areas of the warehouse
•  Stacking and stowing pallets away
•  Quality checking to understand product codes
•  Always adhering to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment
•  Clearing work area of any debris and keeping traffic routes clear of obstructions
•  Reporting faulty equipment, damage to racks and or other safety hazards to the supervisor

Essential Skills

•  Valid FLT Reach Truck Licence (we can accept internal licences and recently expired licences)
•  Good Knowledge and understanding of health and safety
•  Punctuality and good time keeping skills
•  Must be able to read and speak a certain level of English

 Desirable Experience

•  Experience working within a warehouse environment would be beneficial

Training

• Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
