PRODUCTION BUYER MONDAY – FRIDAY: 09.00 – 17.00 35,000 PER ANNUM People Solutions are actively recruiting for a driven and experienced Production Buyer for our client in Chessington. This is a full-time and permanent position with a fantastic client within the manufacturing and production industry. The ideal candidate will be well versed in a production environment and have experience in Purchasing and Stock Control Benefits Competitive salary Above statutory pension contribution Permanent position Immediate start Day to Day Duties As a Production Buyer your duties will include: Control and monitoring all manufacturing purchasing. Reporting supplier performance to the Operations Manager Liaising directly with suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on the required dates and confirmations have been received at best price Maintain required stock levels by monitoring historical trends and setting minimum/maximum stock levels Booking in all deliveries onto the system Liaising directly with operational employees/suppliers to resolve any issues with deliveries received Induct temporary staff to the required Health and Safety requirements Works very closely with the Production Manager Material Issuing on the system
