People Solutions are currently recruiting for Prep Finishing Technician (Automotive/Motorsport) roles to join our well-established client based in Portsmouth. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced technicians looking to work within a high-quality manufacturing environment, preparing and finishing components to exceptional standards. The role involves preparing parts ready for painting, polishing finished components, carrying out quality checking, and supporting continuous improvement within a specialist production environment.
Shifts:
- Double days
- Week 1: Monday – Friday 06:00 – 14:00
- Week 2: Monday – Thursday 13:45 – 21:45, Friday: 13:00 – 21:00
- Overtime available most weeks, including weekends
Rates of Pay:
- £34,850 per year
- Plus 20% shift premium
