MONDAY - FRIDAY: ROTATING SHIFT – 6.00 – 14.00/ 14.00 – 22.00 (WORKING ONE WEEK EARLIES, OTHER WEEK LATES)

Day to Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Counting and Recording Inventory: Physically count items and record inventory levels accurately. The type of products stored in the UK1 DC require the stock count operative to individually count items from reels or box items. Reel Counters and scales are used to assist to count these products, as most products can be very small and therefore a high-level detail of attention and care is needed when doing this task.
- Inventory Management: Update inventory records, missing stock investigations, and report discrepancies.
- Quality Checks: Perform quality checks on stored inventory and remove/report items that do not meet standards.
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client are:
- Education: 5 GCSE or equivalent, including maths and English
- Skills: Proficient with basic computer and data entry tasks.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock control systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
Desirable Experience
Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client is: Previous experience in a related role is preferred but not essential.
