Job Description
CLASS 1 DRIVER – DAYS & WEEKENDS
MONDAY – FRIDAY: 06:00 START TIMES
£17.00 – £20.35 PER HOUR
People Solutions are urgently seeking reliable and professional Class 1 Drivers for our well-established client based in Airdrie.

Key Responsibilities
As a Class 1 Driver, your role will include:
- Safely and efficiently driving Class 1 vehiclesÂ
- Conducting daily vehicle checks
- Loading and deliveringÂ
- Handling double-decker trailers on certain routes
- Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
Essential Skills
- A valid UK CPC and DIGI Card
- A valid UK Category CE Driving Licence with no more than six points (minor infringements only)
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
Desirable Experience
- Experience in distribution or retail deliveries is an advantage
What Training is Provided?
- Full Onboarding support: Partner with an experienced team member for initial shifts
- Site assessment is required and followed by a two-day fully paid induction
