People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Furniture Fitter in Livingston to join our well-established client based in Livingston, working on projects such as new schools, offices, prisons, and new-build construction sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on skills who enjoys practical work and being part of a team.

Shifts

  • Monday – Friday
  • Start times vary depending on the project, typically between 07:30 – 09:00

Rates of Pay

  • Furniture Fitter: £13.00 per hour
  • Candidates with a valid driving licence who are able to drive company vans will receive an increased pay rate of £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

  • Assembling and installing flat-packed and pre-built furniture on new-build sites
  • Working safely and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Following site instructions and health and safety requirements
  • Loading, unloading, and moving furniture on site as required
  • Van drivers will be required to drive from Livingston to sites
