People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Flexi Bendi / Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our well-established client based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and real opportunities for progression.

Shifts Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 (Weekly Rotational Shift Pattern)

Rates of Pay £12.21 – £24.42 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

• Safely and efficiently operate a Forklift Truck
• Conduct daily inspections and report any faults to management
• Pick and pack products accurately
• Manage stock control and inventory
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required
• Receive goods into the warehouse and check quality and quantity
• Organise stock for deliveries and ensure accurate placement
• Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations at all times

Essential Skills

• Valid Forklift Truck licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Experience driving or operating a Flexi Bendi or Counterbalance
• Good communication and multitasking abilities
• Strong spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-\\u2011motivated, and organised
• Team player with a flexible attitude
