FIRST LINE MANAGER MONDAY – FRIDAY: 07.00 – 15.00/15.00 – 23.00 ROTATNG WEEKLY £29,336 PER ANNUM + 13% SHIFT ALLOWANCE ON ROTATION People Solutions are currently recruiting for a First Line Manager to join our well-established client based in Widnes. You will have an important part to play as a First Line Manager managing the operation within your area of responsibility.  It is not just a way of working, we allow everyone in our team to pursue their own personal and professional goals to a world class level. You will have a key role to play in helping your team go ‘From Gate to Great’, with all the opportunities that go with it. It is a fast-paced business, always delivering amazing quality and results for our customer. As one of our First Line Managers, you will have responsibility for your team’s performance as well as a keen eye for process improvements and spotting the best ways of reducing cost whilst delivering world class service and results.
