People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for a Dispatch Warehouse Supervisor (FLT) on behalf of our well-established client based in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dispatch, warehouse or logistics professional looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing daily dispatch operations, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, efficiently and on time, whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality, traceability and safety.
This is a hands-on supervisory position and will involve leading a small team whilst actively supporting day-to-day warehouse and dispatch activities.
Shifts: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00
Annual Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and coordinating daily dispatch activities to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
- Allocating work and monitoring team performance to achieve operational targets
- Communicating with Customer Services and Shipping teams regarding order priorities, transport requirements and dispatch schedules
