People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Machine Operative to join our well-established manufacturing client based in Alfreton, Derbyshire (DE55). This is a fantastic opportunity offering competitive rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable and growing business. This role would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Machine Operative, Machine Setter or Manufacturing Operative. You must be able to travel to Alfreton for this role.
Shifts:
- Four on, four off rotating shifts
- Start times: 06:00 – 18:00 and 18:00 – 06:00
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts is required
- Rota provided in advance
- Three thirty-minute paid breaks
Rates of Pay:
- Pre-twelve weeks:
- £12.80 per hour (standard hours)
- £19.20 per hour (out-of-hours once all shifts are completed)
- £25.60 per hour (Saturday 18:00 – Sunday 18:00)
- Post-twelve weeks:
- £15.21 per hour (standard hours)
- £19.41 per hour (out-of-hours once all shifts are completed)
- £25.88 per hour (Saturday 18:00 – Sunday 18:00)
