Job Description
Counterbalance FLT Driver (Day Shift) – Immediate Start
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Cumbernauld.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new contract from day one, offering ongoing, full-time work with great pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.
Shifts:• Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00
Pay Rate:• £13.50 per hour
Benefits:• Weekly pay every Friday• Full-time, ongoing work• Opportunity to join a newly launched contract from day one• Free on-site parking• Supportive and friendly warehouse team• Excellent long-term prospects for progression
Day-to-Day Duties:• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and accurately in a warehouse environment• Load and unload vehicles and materials efficiently• Support with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and housekeeping• Carry out daily equipment and safety checks• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a warehouse or production setting• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work• Good communication and teamwork skills• Own transport preferred due to site location
Training Provided:• Full induction and site-specific training prior to start• Ongoing support and refresher training available
