People Solutions are currently recruiting for a General Labourer / Retail Shop Fitter (CSCS Card) to join our client. The company head office is based in Tewkesbury and is only required to be attended once or twice per week, meaning you do not need to live in the local area, just be able to commute. The remainder of the role involves travelling to sites across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business specialising in the installation of retail interiors, offering training, development, and long‑term opportunities for the right candidates. This role is ideal for candidates who hold a Green CSCS card, can drive, and are looking to expand their skills within a specialist installation environment.
Shifts- Working various days and nights between Monday and Sunday
- Minimum 39 hours per week
- Non‑standard shift patterns, which may include nights out and weekends
- £15.00 – £17.00 per hour
- Night shift bonus and overtime paid at x1.5 after 12 weeks
