Day-to-day duties
- Work with the production department to ensure the wheat variety arriving on site is the variety required.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues using inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate investigations or adjustments.
- Assist with forecasting and reordering of materials to meet operational needs.
- Prepare and submit stock reports to management.
- Maintaining stocks of office supplies.
- Support day-to-day site operations by coordinating deliveries, contractors, and service providers.
