We are looking for a Volunteer Recruiter to support our hiring efforts by sourcing and selecting candidates for the Education Sector. About the Role

As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying and connecting qualified teachers and teaching assistants with schools and educational institutions. This position is ideal for those pursuing careers in HR, recruitment, or marketing and looking to build experience in talent acquisition. This is a volunteer (unpaid) position. However, based on performance, there is potential for this role to transition into a paid opportunity after six months or sooner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertise job openings for teacher and teaching assistant positions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
  • Communicate with candidates and answer queries about roles
  • Work closely with schools and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Assist with onboarding and placement of successful candidates

  • Previous experience in HR/recruitment is a plus (but not required)
  • Ability to commit a few hours per week (flexible schedule)
