Essential Skills & Experience:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent

  • Experience working in an education setting or similar environment

  • Understanding of alternative provision and special educational needs

  • Strong engagement and communication skills

  • Passion for supporting students emotionally and academically
