Teacher Alternative Provision (Secondary) | £30,000£44,000 | Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Teacher to deliver high-quality education within a nurturing and personalised learning environment.
This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about supporting young people to re-engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes through flexible and tailored pathways.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in English, Maths, or Science

Support pupils academic, emotional, and social development in small-class settings

Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs, including learners with SEN
-
Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessments and individual learning plans

Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to maximise pupil success

Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, equality, diversity, and British values at all times
Who Were Looking For

Degree qualified in a relevant subject (or equivalent)

QTS / QTLS qualified or willing to work towards a teaching qualification

Experience in a school environment (secondary or alternative provision preferred)
