We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join specialist services in Dundee supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge. These services provide structured, therapeutic environments focused on developing life skills, promoting independence, and supporting individuals to engage safely within their community.
This role is ideal for professionals who can work flexibly and provide high-quality, person-centred support across a range of care needs.
What You'll Do:- Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that challenge
- Assist with daily living support, personal care, community engagement, and observations
- Promote dignity, safety, inclusion, and independence at all times
- Contribute to structured care plans and therapeutic activities
- Work collaboratively with a full multi-disciplinary team
- Maintain accurate, compliant care records
- Up-to-date Mandatory Training
- Valid PMVA certificate
- Immunisations: Varicella, MMR, TB & Hepatitis B
- Previous healthcare or hospital experience
- Excellent communication & teamwork
- Flexibility with shift patterns
- Experience supporting individuals with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, or behaviours that challenge
Role is subject to PVG membership and satisfactory reference verification.
