Requirements
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead HR solution delivery including strategic planning, culture change, transformation, change management, leadership development, organisational design, D&I, wellbeing, L&D, and talent management.
- Manage your client portfolio and collaborate with the team to ensure top-quality HR services.
- Support client acquisition efforts in partnership with the Regional Director and marketing team.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience influencing strategic direction and working with senior leadership.
- Senior-level experience in corporate, SME, or investor-backed businesses.
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified or equivalent.
- A natural people person with leadership and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to connect with and influence SME business owners.
- Organised, dependable, and innovative, embracing new ways of working and technology.
- Commercial mindset with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
- Excellent listener and questioner, always seeking to add value for clients.
