The Results People are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Shunter Drivers to join a well-established logistics operation based in Tibshelf. The Role:
- Shunting trailers and vehicles around the site and yard
- Moving trailers between designated areas
- Coupling and uncoupling trailers
- Carrying out vehicle and trailer checks
- Maintaining a safe and organised yard environment
- Working closely with the site and transport teams
- Following all site safety procedures and driver regulations
Requirements:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience
- Previous shunting experience would be advantageous
- Valid CPC qualification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
- Strong reliability and a professional attitude
- Good awareness of health and safety requirements
